Hey everyone,
I came home one day and discovered that Robz (my Vet student daughter) had taught TOBY a new trick. With a wide grin on her face, she sheepishly showed it to me.
I was rather shocked at first, but then dissolved into giggles. It has since become a party trick for any visitor that crosses our doorstep.
Thank you, Robyn, for your quirky sense of humour.
Will I forgive you?
Time will tell.
Sending lotsaluv
Caryl
Oh, how cute and sad all at the same time ☺.
ReplyDeleteIt is always good to have some party tricks. I knew a dog owner who taught her dog one new trick a month as she figured over the life of the dog her dog would learn lots, and it was good for her dog to keep learning. I got all enthusiastic trying to do little bits of training regularly, but only lasted a few months teaching "tricks". By now Riley (beyond basic commands) should have learnt over 70 tricks - I think he knows about ten. Maybe that will be my project next year.
ReplyDeleteOh too funny!

Howdy Caryl, gotta love a sense of humour. It's what makes us laugh! Good boy Toby hehe. We've seen the same thing but someone points a finger at the dog and says "bang" and they roll over. Hope your week has been a good one so far. No worries, and love, Carol
ReplyDeleteThat is too funny! Most people would have called that "play dead" but I love your command better. Very cheeky.

Having lived for three years with medical students when I was a geology undergraduate at Bristol University, I am somewhat familiar with the medical sense of humour...
ReplyDeleteWell done Toby!
Cheers,
Gail.
